I don't mean to sound hostile here, but I really can't find any way to phrase it without sounding that way so here it goes: There won't be any because it doesn't belong in LB. The creators feel that way. The fans feel that way.
Everyone basically feels like it was a mistake to create it in the first place. New players don't have that, so they don't understand why we're so opposed to it. And some people just really don't care and just want to see some badly drawn tiddies. But you see, whatever you do, no matter what, you do not put 18+ content in a story about how everyone is FRIENDS, and it's really very simple, even if you want that 18+ content, you can understand it. To be honest if a games is censored without restoration patch it automatically moves on the no buy list. I know quite a few people that see this similar to me I agree completely; I don't care how amazing the game looks, if they remove content to placate our delicate western sensibilities, then I'm not going to buy it. Content from the +18 version was removed to make the Memorial version, which was turned into the perfect edition. Also, all the nudity and 'ecchi' from the japanese All-ages version (the first one), is removed from this version. This is more likely 'cause they are reusing CGs from one of the console versions ('cause HD).

Except in this case, that's a crock. The devs didn't remove the 18+ stuff because it was being released to Steam. They removed it because they found that it hurt the game. And that happened BEFORE this game even was considered for a English Release.
Here's the timeline: 2007 - The original Little Busters! Is released in Japan on PC. This includes the original 6 storylines (Komari, Rin, Kurugaya, Haruka, Kudryavka, and Mio), Refrain, and some side-routes (Muscle Sensation, 'true endings' after finishing Refrain). This did not have any 18+ content. 2008 - Little Busters! Ecstasy is released in Japan on PC.
This has everything in the original, but adds 3 new storylines after Refrain (Saya, Sasami, Kanata) and adds 18+ content for those and all previous character routes. 2009-2013 - Little Busters! Converted Edition recieves several releases in Japan on various consoles (PS2, PSP, Vita, PS3) over those years. This includes all of the content from Little Busters!
Ecstasy except the 18+ content, but also adds some new additions of its own such as the Labyrinth minigame in Saya's route and more extra scenes in the story. 2012 - Little Busters! Perfect Edition is released in Japan on PC. This is basically a PC version that includes all the extra goodies that were added in the various console ports.
This was, as its name implies, the 'complete' version of the game. Like those console ports, this did not have any 18+ content. 2017 - Little Busters! English Edition is released worldwide on PC. This is effectively Little Busters!
Perfect Edition, but with English translations, HD, adding the Busterpedia, and touch screen support. As with the Perfect Edition, this has no 18+ content.
So, in other words. Key didn't censor this game for the Steam release.
Key cut out the 18+ content in every release since Little Busters! Ecstasy dating from 2009 onwards. The Japanese devs cut the 18+ content out for no less than 5 Japanese releases after Ecstasy.
Little Busters! Ecstasy was the only actual release that ever had 18+ content. Going back to that for the sake of 'restoring content' would actually be a regression since it would remove all the extra stuff that was added in later versions of the game. The devs would explicitly have to make a new version of Little Busters with all the added content up to and including the Steam release, and then put the 18+ stuff back in. Considering their words on how that content hindered the game, I'm pretty sure that will never happen either for a Japanese or worldwide release. There's a difference between 'censorship' and 'editing'. Censorship is cutting stuff to, as you put it, 'placate our delicate sensibilities', wherever in the world that may be.
Editing is when the author cuts or changes content from their own work, typically because they feel that the change is an improvement. Like me adding or re-wording sentences in this post to make them more concise. Removing the 18+ stuff from Little Busters is a case of 'editing', not 'censorship'. And it was a decision made by the Japanese devs for Japanese releases long before this game ever came to Steam.

Otherwise EX wouldn't exist to begin with.
EX was a full game, a re selling of regular edition with just a few things slapped on. They remarketed the same game they had already made to hit a different group of people. Then when the anime came around they took the same game changed a few things and marketed it toward the anime viewers.
The point is each version filled in a role. They did not want to market their game like EX this time so they didn't. You are literally whistleblowing for the sake of whistleblowing. The scenes were all awkward and terrible on every aspect and was completely out of place. It was removed for a reason. It was not censorship or lesser content. I know people are highly entitled nowadays (Even for this game which people have been waiting for a release for almost a decade) but there's nothing wrong with what they did.
Especially considering the perfect version is the best version for the reasons that Yureina listed out better than I ever could. This is like wanting 3rd party off license orange juice over Tropicana. TLDR: If you want to not buy this game for a weaker version or you're just playing the game for sex scenes, that's on you. But just know that it's your loss.
Original LB has the original content obviously. No Saya, Sasasegawa Sasami, or Kanata routes and no extra dialogue in the original routes. Ecstasy version is the 18+ version. It has rewritten lines in the original story, as well as new sex scenes.

It also adds Saya, Sasami and Kanata as heroines with their own routes. Memorial Edition is Ecstasy version minus the sex scenes, that is all. There's a new handheld edition for PSP and PS Vita but I'm not sure if it adds anything new. My guess is that it's just the Memorial Edition ported to handhelds.
